Guru Gobind Singh Exports is a fast-growing FMCG export house established in July 2025, headquartered at Shop No 5, Murliwala Complex, Near Bandhan Bank, Ulhasnagar – 421 003, Maharashtra, India.

We specialize in delivering world-class confectionery, biscuits, chocolates, and daily essentials to 20+ markets across Africa and the Middle East, operating with integrity, consistency, and care.

All product listings, descriptions, and pricing on our website are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update product offerings without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written acknowledgment from GGS Exports.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as communicated during the quotation stage.
• Product availability is subject to stock and export regulations at the time of order.
• Images shown on our website are for representational purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly.

All prices quoted by GGS Exports are in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as agreed upon in the sales contract. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, freight, or insurance unless explicitly stated.

• Payment terms are defined in the proforma invoice issued for each transaction.
• Advance payment or Letter of Credit (LC) may be required depending on order value and buyer history.
• GGS Exports reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, or logistics charges.
• Late payments may attract interest charges as specified in the sales agreement.

We export to 20+ international markets. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to production schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.

• Shipment terms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.) are specified in the contract or proforma invoice.
• Risk of goods transfers to the buyer per the agreed Incoterms.
• GGS Exports is not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, or any party beyond our direct control.
• All necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, COO, etc.) will be provided as agreed.

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards. All products are sourced from reputed manufacturers and comply with applicable Indian export regulations and international food safety standards.

Given the nature of FMCG export business, returns are generally not accepted once goods are shipped. Claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving the shipment, supported by photographic evidence and inspection reports.

• Refunds or replacements are considered only for goods found to be damaged in transit (with proof) or incorrect items shipped.
• Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of GGS Exports management.
• Shipping costs for returns (if accepted) shall be borne by the buyer unless the fault is proven to be on GGS Exports' side.

All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Guru Gobind Singh Exports or its content suppliers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from GGS Exports.

GGS Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our maximum liability in any event shall be limited to the value of goods supplied under the specific transaction in dispute.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, India.

Parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

GGS Exports reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
